Siegle & Associates LLC was founded in 2003 by Kenneth and Kathy Siegle. Ken is the managing partner and chief executive officer while Kathy serves as the chief financial officer and treasurer, overseeing payroll, budget management and purchasing. Ken launched the company after a successful 16-year career at Standard Federal Bank now known as Bank of America, where he last served as a vice president of the Commercial Appraisal Group and the Commercial Special Assets Department. He began his business in Mount Clemens, but quickly moved to a larger office in Sterling Heights in 2004 before expanding to Shelby Township and, again, to his current location in Clinton Township. With a solid back-ground in appraising combined with his knowledge of the banking industry, Siegle & Associates has flourished. The company continues to grow, adding two full-time appraisers to its staff recently to meet rising demand .
